Troubleshooting Guide

Running Your Coding Adventure: A Troubleshooting Guide for Teachers and Leaders

We’ve designed this guide to help you quickly troubleshoot any issues you might encounter when accessing your ‘Coding Adventure’ resources. While most teachers experience a smooth journey, we know that the occasional glitch can happen — especially when working with different school systems and setups. This quick guide is here to help you debug common problems that might pop up when accessing the platform or opening your videos and documents. With a few simple checks, you’ll be back on track and ready to launch your lesson in no time!

Forgotten password

Go to the login page - https://www.getwiththeprogram.co.uk/login, enter the school’s main email address, or whichever email address was used to set up the account, and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ button to reset.

Error Message

"Passwords cannot be submitted"

If you see this message when trying to log in — even though you’ve entered the correct details — it’s likely that your school’s network is blocking part of the login process. Please check with your IT team, as they may need to whitelist a specific domain used by our platform:

Required URL to whitelist: cdn.prod.website-files.com   This domain hosts important scripts and stylesheets that are needed for the dashboard to function correctly.

Problems accessing your dashboard

If you encounter issues with your dashboard after logging in — for example, if it appears similar to the screenshot above— please check with your IT team.

In some cases, JavaScript may be disabled in your school’s browser settings, or certain domains may be blocked, which can affect how the platform displays. Your IT team may need to enable JavaScript or whitelist specific domains to resolve the issue.

Blurred screen when accessing the videos

If your screen appears blurred when trying to access our videos, we have encountered two reasons for this –

1. It could be a problem with your internet connection, and Vimeo is trying to compress the video too much for your connection. In this case, we would suggest you press play, then pause it and let it buffer.

2. It could be that your school’s network is blocking your access to the video. Please check with your IT team, as they may need to unblock our site to allow you access.
