About Get with the Program
Get with the Program is a social enterprise which develops exciting interactive theatre events which help children learn about the amazing potential of technology. Our mission is to inclusively inspire today’s students to become the tech innovators of the future! You can find out more about what we do on our homepage.
By paying for your purchase you are agreeing to to these term and conditions.
Payment terms for Subscription Service and Products
Payment Terms for Subscription Service: Your Get with the Program subscription service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each year from this date until you cancel. You will receive an email in advance of the renewal date to inform you of this, and the amount to be charged.
You authorise us to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method every year until you cancel. We will charge you the then-current rate for your subscription, plus VAT, every year upon renewal.
We may change your subscriptions’ rate each annual renewal term and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.
Payment Terms for Products (eg Coding Adventures etc): Your access to your Get with the Program product begins shortly after your payment is processed. Your products access will continue until your run the main show film – starting this film starts a countdown timer. Seven days after the timer is triggered, the product will be removed from your account. This gives you time to prepare for the event, watch the Coding Adventure main show with the children (if you have a remote package) and then complete the activities.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world, belong to Get with the Program Ltd. All such rights are reserved and no materials may otherwise be copied, modified, published, broadcast or otherwise distributed without Get with the Program’s prior written permission.
You must not:
- systematically make printed or electronic copies of content and/or materials in the product for any purpose other than that intended;
- remove or alter the copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in the product;
- display or distribute any part of the product on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, where access is possible by anyone not an authorised user;
- permit anyone other than the authorised users to access or use the product including any content and material making up the product; and/or
- use the product or any part of the product for any commercial use other than as teaching and learning resources within the organisation.
We reserve the right to terminate subscription if content is shared without the express permission of Get with the Program Ltd.
Social media and marketing
The subscriber agrees that Get with the Program and our corporate partners may quote any feedback received, in whatever form, for use in any social media and marketing materials whether online or in print and use the name of the school or organisation alongside any quotes.
Privacy/ mailing list
By subscribing to this service you confirm that you're happy for us to retain your details and that you're happy for them to be added to our mailing list so we can tell you about future Get with the Program activities, as per our privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription or product purchase any time by contacting getintouch@getwiththeprogram.org.uk or through the cancellation steps in your online account. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order without running one of the products to an audience, a refund will be given less a minimum fee of £40 admin charge. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that year’s billing period or the product is viewed.
We reserve the right at any time to withdraw the product including any components within the product (e.g. an activity) for any reason. We shall notify the organisation of such withdrawal as soon as reasonably practicable.
Unforeseen circumstances
Neither party shall be in breach of the service nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the service, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for 6 months, the party not affected may terminate these Get with the Program Subscription Service Terms and Conditions by giving 28 days’ written notice to the affected party.
